Can I just turn up?

No, you would need to pre-book online in advance. This is due to operating on a limited number capacity and to ensure social distancing measures are met. Please make your booking online, where possible.

Do I have to book?

Yes, to gain entry it is important to book. There will be no admissions without a valid booked ticket.

What time can I arrive if I book online?

Please aim to arrive for the start of your play session. Early entry into the building will not be possible. We also advise to arrive within the first 30 minutes of the session start time in order to make the most of your allocated time.

I am unable to book online

We advise giving us a call to secure your booking over the phone.

 

How many people are you letting in per session?

We are following government guidelines and have reduced our session capacity following our internal risk assessment.

Can i use my Mini Monsterz membership card?

Unfortunately, at present the Mini Monsterz card scheme is unavailable.

Why have you increased your prices?

As per government guidelines, we have limited the number of people entering and we are unable to hold group bookings; the small price increase reflects this, in order to remain operational.

What times are your sessions?

Our sessions are 90 minutes long.

9.30am           –          11.00am
11.30am         –          1:00pm
1.30pm           –          3.00pm
3:30pm           –          5:00pm

5:30pm           –          6:30pm (for laser tag only)

Will you be serving food?

Yes, with a reduced menu for the time being. Unfortunately we cannot allow any changes/alterations/substitutes to be made to any order.

What are you doing in regards to COVID-19 spread? - What extra procedures are in place?

We are cleaning before opening, between sessions and at the end of the day.
We are limiting numbers per session and social distancing measures are in place.

Prior to re-opening we have undertaken a multitude of assessments and have implemented many new measures for the benefit of everyone’s safety.

We have many hand sanitising facilities throughout the venue and we encourage you to wash or sanitise your hands regularly.

Tables have been socially distanced.

All government guidelines are being followed and adhered to.

What facilities will be unavailable?

Our ball pits, drop slides and climbing wall – these closures and capacity controls will be clearly displayed. The movable toys have also been removed from our Under 2’s area.

Do I need to go in the frame with my children?

It is recommended to be able to supervise and monitor. But it is also great fun for adults too!

Do I need to wear a mask?

Masks are to be worn on entry and exit to Mini Monsterz, sitting at your table when not eating and drinking, ordering food & drink from the counter and when using the toilet facilities. Please follow UK Government guidelines regarding the appropriate use of face masks.

We respectfully request that you do not visit us if you have any symptoms of Covid-19. If you get symptoms when you are on site then please take extra care & swiftly speak to a member of staff who will ensure you and your party get home safely.

What am I allowed to bring in with me?

We ask that personal belongings are kept to a minimum and that pushchairs/prams are left outside the building.

We politely remind you that food and drink purchased elsewhere, may not be brought into Mini Monsterz. This also includes reusable water bottles.
