Our Safety Measures
You must pre-book your visit
We’ve restricted our visitor numbers to provide even more space for you to enjoy a socially distanced visit to Mini Monsterz. Before you visit you’ll need to make sure you’ve pre-booked the date and session time of your arrival.
Pre-booking means we can control visitor numbers, track and trace and have a safe, friendly environment for you and our staff.
On arrival – entry
Please aim to arrive for the start of your play session. Early entry into the building will not be possible. Please practice good social distancing etiquette whilst queuing to enter the attraction. To ensure customers are safely spaced inside the venue we may hold customers in the queues for slightly longer than usual.
On entry into Mini Monsterz a mask needs to be worn by all those aged 12 or over and hands must be sanitised.
You will be allocated a set table for your household. We ask that you remain at this table throughout your session and do not join other households or move to different tables. We also ask that you do not move the position of your table; this has been placed in accordance with social distancing guidelines.
Food and Drink
Instructions for ordering food and beverages will be clearly signed.
Please social distance and wear a mask when queuing to the counter.
We have a reduced menu available at present. Unfortunately we cannot allow any changes/alterations/substitutes to be made to any order.
It is also necessary to remind you that food and drink must not be taken into the play equipment.
We politely remind you that food and drink purchased elsewhere, may not be brought into Mini Monsterz. This also includes reusable water bottles.
Eating – Seating arrangements
We have organised our tables so that social distancing from other visitors can be maintained. When you are not eating and drinking a mask must be worn as per government guidelines.
Clean hands
We’ll have additional hand sanitising stations throughout Mini Monsterz so you’re never too far away from somewhere you can sanitise you and your little ones hands.
On entry into Mini Monsterz you will need to sanitise. Also when you want to enter the soft play you will need to sanitise. When you exit the soft play we kindly ask you to sanitise. We also encourage handwashing for 20 seconds at regular intervals.
Don’t visit with symptoms
Please DO NOT VISIT Mini Monsterz if you have symptoms of coronavirus including;
A high temperature, persistent new cough and/or a loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste.
We kindly ask that you do not enter if you or any member of your household have been in contact with someone displaying symptoms of coronavirus.
My visit to Mini Monsterz
When arriving at Mini Monsterz we ask that you do not enter the building until you are instructed to do so by a member of staff, at the start of your pre-booked session. Please practice good social distancing etiquette whilst queuing to enter the attraction and make sure that all those aged 12 and over are wearing face masks.
Upon entering, your booking name and number will be taken and checked, and your household will be asked to sanitise their hands.
A staff member will then show you to your allocated table, where you will be based for the duration of your session.
Please familiarise yourselves with the rules of play located on your table and pay attention to signage placed around the building.
We ask that children are encouraged to use the toilet before entering the play equipment in order to reduce any possible accidents.
